Marco Butti makes TCR Europe move with MM Motorsport

Marco Butti will race for MM Motorsport in the 2025 TCR Europe season, driving a Honda Civic Type R FL5 TCR.

“I can’t wait to get started! Last year’s experience allowed me to grow a lot as a driver but above all, to know the Civic TCR in depth. I have built a background of information that I am sure will be very useful to us this year,” said Butti.

The 20-year-old drove a Honda for GOAT Racing in the FIA TCR World Tour last year, finishing ninth overall, but is no stranger to TCR Europe.

The Italian made his debut in the series in 2022 and drove selected races to finish 15th overall.

“I know the potential of MM Motorsport well, and I know what these guys are capable of,” said Butti.

“I’m convinced that together we can achieve excellent results. It won’t be easy, the championship has grown a lot this year and the level is very high. It will be an incredible challenge.”

Butti’s entry makes it 18 so far officially confirmed cars for the 2025 season which starts on April 26-27 at Portimao.
