Nicolas Taylor confirms TCR Italy title defense for 2025

Nicolas Taylor will be back to defend his TCR Italy crown in the 2025 season, racing the same Audi RS 3 LMS for PMA Motorsport that he drove last year.

“I’m really thrilled to be back in 2025 and defend my title with PMA Motorsport. Last year was an apprenticeship season and I was able to grow up. I can’t wait to keep on with the same impetus during this second campaign,” said Taylor.

The 19-year-old Canadian was crowned 2024 champion after finishing on the same points as title rival Ruben Volt, clinching the title thanks to more second-place finishes.

“We are happy to continue our partnership with Nicolas,” said team principal Paolo Ansaloni.

“Last year he was absolutely amazing, as he drove the car for the first time and was able to clinch the title. That was an immense pride for the whole team. And now we are ready to get back on track and defend the title.”
