2025 TCR Australia calendar includes two international rounds
The 2025 TCR Australia season calendar has been unveiled, featuring a total of five race weekends of which three are with the Supercars Championship and two are international.
“The 2025 calendar delivers a revitalised era for TCR Australia, putting the global touring car category in the spotlight of more Australian and international motor racing fans,” said Lisa Totani, TCR Australia Category Manager.
“We are delighted to join the Supercars Championship at three rounds in 2025 and welcome back the Kumho FIA TCR World Tour to the Shell V-Power Motorsport Park, which is a clear favourite amongst teams and drivers.
“I look forward to working closely with WSC, as part of a strengthened relationship between WSC Group and TCR Australia, to showcase the unpredictable and entertaining racing that underpins TCR.”
The season will start in New Zealand in April with the ITM Taupō Super 440 before returning to Australia and the Perth Super 440 at the beginning of June.
The third round will be held at Winton Motor Raceway in August before joining the Supercars Championship and FIA TCR World Tour at The Bend in September.
The season finale will be held at a yet to be confirmed international venue in November together with the FIA TCR World Tour, likely to be the Macau street race.
The teams will be offered freight assistance for the two international events by the TCR Australia organisation.
“After sealing the deal to bring the Kumho FIA TCR World Tour back to Australia for the event at The Bend, we have looked into the possibility to further extend our friendly co-operation with TCR Australia,” said Marcello Lotti, WSC President.
“We are delighted to announce that this has led to the addition of a second joint event in our respective calendars. We are also pleased with the co-operation TCR Australia has established with the Supercars Championship, as this will contribute to reinforce the popularity and visibility of TCR competition in the country.”
Gone from the 2025 calendar are Sandown, Symmons Plains, Phillip Island, Sydney Motorsport Park, Queensland Raceway and Bathurst.

06-08 June – Perth Super 440, Australia
22-24 August – Race Winton, Australia
