Aurélien Comte, Marco Butti join Motorsport Games entry
The grid for the touring car category at the FIA Motorsport Games has moved into double figures after three more drivers were confirmed on the entry list.
France, Indonesia and Italy will all be represented in the event in Valencia later this month, with the addition of the three nations adding two drivers who will expect to be in contention for medals.
Aurélien Comte joins the grid having finished second in TCR Europe this season at the wheel of an SP Competition-run Cupra Leon VZ, and is the third different driver to have represented the French team after John Filippi and Teddy Clairet competed in the first two editions of the event.
Marco Butti meanwhile has been competing in TCR World Tour this season with the GOAT Racing team, and follows in the footsteps of Enrico Bettera and Giacomo Ghermandi in representing Team Italy.
Whilst Indonesia has been part of the event in the past, the third edition of the Motorsport Games will be the first time there has been an entry into the touring car discipline, with Umar Abdullah Basalamah confirmed on the grid.
He has been competing in TCR Asia this season, and took a maiden series win at Burinam.
