Montenegro, Anwar, Reis, Tomlinson and Kout joins FIA Motorsport Games grid

Five further drivers have been announced for the touring car category of the 2024 FIA Motorsport Games grid in Valencia on October 23-28.

Ignacio Montenegro will represent Argentina, marking his second entry to the games, having finished fourth at Paul Ricard two years ago.

His TCR South America rival Raphael Reis will represent Brazil this year, just as he did in 2022.

“It was an honour to be the first Brazilian representative in Touring Cars at the 2022 FIA Motorsport Games. I did well in the decisive race, but had mechanical problems and was unable to finish the race. But I’m back motivated for the 2024 edition in Valencia and eager to perform better. It’s going to be a very good event, once again against the best in the world in the TCR concept,” said Reis.

Avik Anwar will represent Bangladesh in Valencia, a driver currently racing in the Clio Cup Middle East.

Megan Tomlinson, who made her FIA TCR World Tour debut at Mid-Ohio earlier this year, will represent Canada, driving an Audi RS 3 LMS.

TCR Eastern Europe runner-up Adam Kout will race for the Czech Republic.

These entries makes it eight so far announced touring car entries for the 2024 edition of the FIA Motorsport Games.
