Anton De Pasquale to replace Mark Winterbottom at Team 18

Anton De Pasquale is going to replace Mark Winterbottom at Team 18 for the 2025 Supercars Championship season, securing a multi-year deal.

“I’m super pumped to be joining Team 18 in 2025,” said De Pasquale.

“It’s a really exciting next step for me in my career and I’m looking forward to progressing with the team and being apart of what they’re building for the future.”

The announcement came seemingly as a surprise for former champion Winterbottom who posted the following statement on his social media channels.

“I don’t really know what the future holds, I’m still digesting the news, but I know I can hold my head high as a professional sportsman,” he wrote.

“I have given 110% and loved working with the team crew and all the sponsors, you are great people. I truly value the support from my family, friends, sponsors and supporters, at a time when I need it most.”

De Pasquale will join David Reynolds at Team 18 next season while his replacement at Dick Jonson Racing is yet to be confirmed while rumours point at Brodie Kostecki.
