Megan Tomlinson replaces Sami Taoufik at Mid-Ohio

Megan Tomlinson replaces Sami Taoufik at Volcano Motorsport during the FIA TCR World Tour round at Mid-Ohio, becoming the second female driver of the championship alongside Riley Pegram.

“I’m super-excited for the opportunity to compete at this level in the KUMHO FIA TCR World Tour, and grateful to get to come out and work with Volcano Motorsport. I can’t wait to see what the weekend brings!” said Tomlinson.

Tomlinson made her TCR debut in the FEL Motorsports Sports Car Championship Canada (SCCC) in May, driving an Audi RS 3 LMS, just like she will this weekend.

The Canadian driver made her racing debut in the 2022 Super Production Challenge Series Canada, finishing 15th overall.

Taoufik has stood down this weekend due to personal reasons.
