Teamwork confirms four-car line-up

Teamwork Motorsport has confirmed the four-car line-up it will field in the 2024 TCR China championship season opener at the Zhuzhou International Circuit

The team has also revealed refreshed liveries for its four Lynk & Co 03 TCRs as it bids to challenge for another championship title during the year ahead.

Zhang Zhi Qiang returns for his fourth year with the team alongside fellow TCR Asia title winner David Zhu, with former TCR China champion Sunny Wong also back for another season.

The team’s fourth driver will alternate throughout the season, but at the season opener, Ma Qing Hua will rejoin the team with which he won the 2020 title.

“I’m happy to race in my home country and to represent Lynk & Co,” said Ma. “It’s a team I’ve known for a long time and we have a good team spirit. It’s a new season, and we know our competitors, they’ll be the same competitors that we have here in the FIA TCR World Tour.

“I’m quite confident and very happy to join Lynk & Co Teamwork Motorsport, it’s a car I know, even though it’s the previous version of the Lynk & Co TCR. We also have a new tyre compound this season which will be very important to understand during the pre-season test ahead of the race weekend.”
