Raphael Reis confirms TCR South America programme with new Cupra
Raphael Reis will compete in TCR South America for a fourth consecutive season and also his second season in TCR Brazil. The W2 GP Pro driver becomes the first confirmed driver for the new Cupra León VZ TCR.
Reis has the most pole positions in TCR South America with a total of six, also counting five victories.
Always a championship contender, the Brazilian was third in the 2023 TCR South America behind Ignacio Montenegro (Honda) and Bernardo Llaver (Toyota).
The Brazilian becomes the so far fifth confirmed driver for the 2024 season, scheduled to start in Brazil on the 12-14th of April.
