Geely Group Motorsport teases potential new TCR car
Geely Group Motorsport has teased what could be a new version of the Lynk & Co 03 TCR race car after stating that a ‘new generation’ will be revealed this Friday.
The current Lynk & Co 03 TCR was unveiled late in 2018 and made its racing debut in the 2019 FIA World Touring Car Cup season with Cyan Racing.
The Geely Group Motorsport customer racing programme has since been expanded to include TCR Asia/China with Teamwork Motorsport, TCR South America with PMO Motorsport and TCR Scandinavia with MA:GP.
Cyan Racing has confirmed four Lynk & Co 03 TCRs for the inaugural TCR World Tour season.
While no further details have been issued by Geely Group Motorsport, the teaser image suggests that the facelifted version of the Lynk & Co 03 road car, which was unveiled for the Chinese market in Q3 of 2022, could now appear on track in TCR-specification.
A new generation.
