Silas Rytter joins Insight Racing for 2023 TCR Denmark season

Silas Rytter is going to drive for Insight Racing in the 2023 TCR Denmark series season.

“I am happy that this opportunity has become a reality. We had a mixed year in the DS3 Cup, but showed several times that the speed was there. I was happy with the test at Jyllandsringen and we were able to get an agreement in place,” said Rytter.

The young Dane raced in DS3 Cup Denmark this year and got to test for the team during the TCR Denmark Young Driver Test in November as part of the Touringcar Academy initiative of the Danish Automobile Industry Council.

“We are delighted to help Silas moving up to TCR Denmark. The idea behind the Touringcar Academy was to create a platform to help not only young drivers, but also young mechanics to develop professional careers in motorsport,” said Marin Jensen, Insight Racing team principal and TCR Denmark promoter.

Insight Racing ran three Alfa Romeos in TCR Denmark this season but is yet to confirm wether it will continue with the Italian model for 2023.
