Robert Dahlgren back on top in final test session

PWR Racing driver Robert Dahlgren topped the times in the final test session before qualifying at the STCC TCR Scandinavia finale at Mantorp Park.

The championship leader, who is at the centre of fresh controversy this weekend amid the latest twist to the Skellefteå DSQ saga, beat Hugo Nerman by 0.063 seconds to set the pace for the second time across Friday’s three sessions.

Marius Solberg Hansen was a surprise third aboard his Volkswagen Golf GTI TCR, the Norwegian slotting in just ahead of Test 2 pace-setter Tobias Brink.

The Lestrup Racing Team Audis of Andreas Bäckman and Oliver Söderström completed the top six.

Qualifying is scheduled for 16.15 CEST this afternoon.
