Robert Dahlgren stripped of podium following jump start penalty

Robert Dahlgren has been stripped of his podium finish in the second STCC TCR Scandinavia race at Gelleråsen Arena after receiving a jump start penalty.

The PWR Racing driver moved slightly just before the start and bogged down as the lights went to green, dropping from second to third position.

The stewards handed him a 20-second penalty, dropping him from third to eighth – meaning that he will start from the Race 3 reversed grid pole position.

The penalty elevates Tobias Brink to third, securing a double podium for Brink Motorsport with team-mate Hugo Nerman in second place.
