Fabian Coulthard returns to 21-car field for Sydney night race

Fabian Coulthard returns to TCR Australia for this weekend’s night event at Sydney Motorsport Park in a field of 21 entered cars, having missed the previous round due to COVID.

The Wall Racing driver claimed two victories in the second round of the season at Phillip Island, but has fallen down to eleventh place in the standings after missing the Bathurst round where Tim Slade replaced him.

Garry Rogers Motorsport driver Jordan Cox heads the standings, having scored one win so far, with the impressive independent driver Zac Soutar in second place, just three points adrift.

The Sydney Motorsport Park weekend will mark the first night race of the series, with the first race of the weekend starting at 18:45 local time, after the sun has set.
