Giacomo Ghermandi commits to full season entry

Giacomo Ghermandi has committed to the a full season in TCR Europe on the back of a one-off outing in the series last year.

Ghermandi will drive a Cupra Leon Competición entered under the Scuderia Ghermandi by LEMA Racing name as he makes the move from TCR Eastern Europe – where he finished twelfth last year.

“We are delighted to announce our full-season participation in TCR Europe,” he said.

“This is a very important step for my racing career and so we are working flat out to get ready from the start.

“It will be an exciting new adventure that will put me in a position to face the best TCR competitors in Europe, although our priority will be to fight for the Diamond Trophy.”
