Janík Motorsport confirms Hyundai Elantra switch for Mat’o Homola

Janík Motorsport has confirmed that Mat’o Homola will race a new Hyundai Elantra N TCR for them in the 2022 TCR Europe series season.

“I’m happy to announce that I will switch to the newest Hyundai Motorsport machinery with Janík Motorsport in the 2022 TCR Europe season,” said Homola.

The Slovakian racer joined the team ahead of 2021 and finished 13th overall behind the wheel of a Hyundai i30 N TCR, claiming one win at Monza under controversial circumstances.

Homola will join Hyundai Motorsport Junior programme driver Jáchym Galáš, who made his TCR Europe debut last year.
