Brad Hutchison makes TCR UK switch for 2022
Brad Hutchison has become the latest driver to confirm plans to compete in the TCR UK Championship for the 2022 season.
Hutchison has competed in the JCW class of the MINI CHALLENGE since 2017 and secured his maiden victory in the series last year at Snetterton – eventually ending the campaign twelfth in the championship standings.
The move into TCR will see Hutchison at the wheel of an Audi RS 3 LMS run by the same family-run MPH Racing team squad that has run his MINI CHALLENGE programme and sees him become the second driver from the 2021 grid to make the switch after Callum Newsham announced plans to drive a Power Maxed Racing-run Cupra Leon.
Former MINI champion Ant Whorton-Eales is also set to be part of the 2022 line-up having been chosen late last year to spearhead Jamsport’s new Subaru entry.
