Robert Dahlgren leads another PWR Racing 1-2 at Gelleråsen

There seems to be no stopping Robert Dahlgren, Mikaela Åhlin-Kottulinsky and PWR Racing, leading home another 1-2 in the second STCC TCR Scandinavia race of the weekend at Gelleråsen Arena.

Åhlin-Kottulinsky made the better start of the two, but was unable to squeeze past her team-mate into the first corner. The Cupra duo then held their positions throughout the race.

Lestrup Racing Team driver Oliver Söderström started third and kept the position during the 17-lap race, finishing close behind Åhlin-Kottulinsky, but was never close enough to launch an attack.

Lynk & Co driver Mattias Andersson finished fourth after making his way past Volkswagen driver Mikael Karlsson on the opening lap.

Hugo Nerman crossed the finishing line in sixth while STCC newcomer Kevin Engman finished seventh.

Brink Motorsport driver Tobias Brink made a strong move on Andreas Ahlberg on the very last lap at Turn 1 to secure eighth position and the reversed grid pole position for the final race.

Race 3 is scheduled to start at 16:15 CEST.
