Rubens Barrichello forced to sit out Córdoba round due to travel restrictions
Former Ferrari F1 driver Rubens Barrichello is forced to sit out the Super TC2000 round at Córdoba this weekend due to new travel restrictions in Argentina.
Toyota Gazoo Racing Argentina has brought in Emiliano Spataro to take over the wheel for the Brazilian ahead of the coming round.
The 44-year-old Spataro is currently racing in the Turismo Carretera Argentina and completed his last full Super TC2000 season in 2017, finishing seventh overall.
Barrichello is currently placed ninth overall on ten points after the first two race weekends of the 2021 season.
