Mikel Azcona confirmed for ETCR with Cupra

Mikel Azcona has been confirmed to drive for Cupra in the inaugural PURE ETCR series season alongside already confirmed team-mates Mattias Ekström and Jordi Gené.

The Spaniard completed his first test with the Cupra eRacer last week during the official ETCR test at Motorland Aragón in Spain together with Gené.

Azcona raced a Cupra León Competición for Zengo Motorsport in the WTCR last year, finishing seventh overall, alongside several successful outings in TCR Europe, TCR Italy and more.
