Max Hart joins Maximum Motorsport for new campaign

Irish youngster Max Hart will move into touring car racing for the 2020 season after agreeing a deal to join the TCR UK grid.

The 19-year-old spent last season racing in the British Monoposto 1000 Championship, finishing second in the championship standings and being named as a finalist in the running for the Motorsport Ireland 2019 Young Driver of the Year.

Hart will make the move into TCR UK with the Maximum Motorsport squad, and will start testing in his Cupra TCR this weekend at Oulton Park.

The same venue is set to play host to the season opener on 18 July.
