Peter “Poker” Wallenberg confirmed in new Cupra with PWR Racing

Peter “Poker” Wallenberg Jr. will start his fourth STCC TCR Scandinavia season with PWR Racing and will drive a new Cupra Leon Competición TCR under the Racing for Charity banner.

“I want to start by thanking everyone who has supported the project from the start and also those who has joined us along the way,” said Wallenberg.

“It feels nice to be able to make a difference by doing what we love. It’s quite incredible that we enter the fourth year of Racing for Charity.”

The Racing for Charity project has brought in donations in excess of 800.000 SEK for selected charity organisations.

Wallenberg drove a Cupra TCR last year for PWR Racing, finishing tenth overall.

“I’ve been lucky enough to drive a lot of different cars and brands throughout the years, but I can honestly say that my expectations of the new Cupra are really high. The car looks sharp and it’s going to be great racing it this season,” said Wallenberg.
