James Moffat was set to drive BOP test in Spain

James Moffat was supposed to have driven a Renault Megane RS TCR in the annual Balance of Performance test in Spain earlier this year, a test suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“I was going to drive the Renault in the BOP testing, but it never happened,” said Moffat to the Parked Up podcast.

Moffat has signed for Garry Rogers Motorsport to drive a Renault in TCR Australia alongside team-mate Dylan O’Keeffe.

GRM is partner to Vukovic Motorsport, the constructors of the Renault TCR race car, and has previously also hinted at potential future WTCR outings.
