Aggressive Italia confirm Hyundai entry for 2020 season

Team Aggressive Italia has confirmed entry of one Hyundai i30 N TCR for the 2020 TCR Italy championship with driver Mauro Guastamacchia.

Guastamacchia drove a Honda in selected races of last year’s TCR Italy and the Coppa Italia Turismo.

“We switched to the Hyundai, because is the winning car of both WTCR and TCR Europe,” said Guastamacchia.

“I think it’s a very competitive machine and its spare parts are good value for money.”

The team has completed a couple of test sessions ahead of the TCR Italy season start, scheduled for Monza on May 15-17.

“I have already tested the car at Cervesina and Cremona and this made me very confident. I think we have the potential to aim for fighting for the top three positions in the championship,” said Guastamacchia.
