Münnich Motorsport set to run all four Hondas in 2020
Münnich Motorsport is set to expand and run all four Hondas in the 2020 World Touring Car Cup season.
Last year, the German team ran the cars of Esteban Guerrieri and Néstor Girolami, with Tiago Monteiro and Attila Tassi being run by KCMG.
For 2020, Münnich Motorsport is now expected to run all four cars using a similar setup to the Lynk & Co and Hyundai programmes last year, where one outfit ran two satellite teams under separate names.
“The WTCR programmes for our four confirmed Honda Racing drivers are still being finalised,” said a Honda spokesperson.
The four Hondas of Guerrieri, Girolami, Monteiro and Tassi are the only confirmed entries for the 2020 WTCR season so far, while Lynk & Co and Hyundai are expected to unveil their programmes closer to the official pre-season test at the end of March.
