Kristian Sætheren joins TCR Denmark grid

Kristian Sætheren has confirmed he will be on the grid with Insight Racing for the inaugural TCR Denmark championship season.

“It’s going to be amazing to continue with the team,” said Sætheren to boxengasse.dk.

“I have raced for Insight Racing in the DS3 Cup Denmark for two season and we have a great cooperation. That it can be combined with competing in what will be the new top class of Denmark is great.”

The Norwegian drove selected races of the TCR Scandinavia series last year in an Alfa Romeo Giulietta TCR, the same car he represented Norway with in the inaugural FIA Motorsport Games.

“It is definitely positive to drive in a team that already know my driving style and have the cooperation in place,” said Sætheren.

“I hope that this season can give me the opportunity to fight in the top, but when looking at the entry list, I must say that it could be a bit difficult. But I will do my best to be there.”
