Team Dynamics unveil striking new livery
Team Dynamics has revealed a striking new livery that will adorn the two Halfords Yuasa Racing-entered Honda Civic Type Rs during the 2019 BTCC season.
The multiple championship-winning outfit has been hard at work over the winter developing the FK8 variant of the car, which made its debut in the series last season in the hands of Matt Neal and Dan Cammish.
The pair took two wins apiece in the debut season for the car in 2018, with Dynamics taking second in both the Manufacturers’ and Teams’ championships.
Pre-season testing is due to get underway for the team at Donington Park this week.
“The whole team have worked really hard over the winter to improve on the package that we had in 2018 and this is just exemplified by the new livery,” James Rodgers, team manager, said. “It differentiates us from the crowd and combined with our technical changes should make for a competitive package in 2019.”
Honda UK managing director Dave Hodgetts added that he was confident that a strong season lies ahead.
“If the Civic Type R BTCC car goes as good as it looks, then we will be confident of strong results this season,” he said.
“After intensive winter development by Team Dynamics, and with our highly talented pairing of Matt Neal and Dan Cammish driving the cars, we are eagerly counting the days to the first race at Brands Hatch on 7th April.”
