Honda confirm three of four drivers for comeback season
Honda announced their return to the Super TC 2000 championship last month and has today confirmed the identity on three of their four drivers.
Juan Ángel Rosso, Manuel Mallo and Santiago Mallo has signed with RAM Racing, the outfit running the official Honda team under the Honda Racing name, while the fourth driver remain to be revealed.
The Mallo brothers have different experience of the championship with Santiago, the younger brother, making his debut for the team last year in the Buenos Aires 200 kilometres.
Manuel made his debut in the 2015 Super TC 2000 championship season for the privateer team Lincoln Sport Group and drove for YPF Chevrolet last year.
Rosso, who is the son of team manager Victor Rosso (top middle in the image above), returns to the championship after spending the 2018 season for the Peugeot factory team in Turismo Nacional Class 3.
Rumours indicate that former Citroën Total Racing driver José Manuel Urcera is the prime candidate for the fourth seat.
