Norbert Michelisz to race with M1RA team at TCR Europe series finale

Norbert Michelisz will make his TCR Europe series debut this weekend at the season finale at Barcelona, racing for his M1RA team alongside Dániel Nagy.

The Hungarian will race for his own team for the first time since the Thailand round of the TCR International Series in September last year, when the team ran the Honda Civic TCR.

“Anytime we have Norbi in the team is very emotional,” said team principal Dávid Bári.

“To work together with a world class driver is always an honour for everyone involved with M1RA, so we are extremely proud and excited about the race weekend in Barcelona. Now our job is to transform his experience and knowledge into results on the track. We would like to say a huge thank you to our sponsors and everyone who helped to make it happen.”

Norbert Michelisz added:

“Everybody knows that M1RA is more than a team for me, it is like a family. As a Hyundai driver in WTCR I feel the responsibility, so I will do my best for the manufacturer, M1RA and my team-mate Dániel Nagy in Barcelona.
