Danny Kroes and Sam Tordoff listed as withdrawn entries for TCR UK Brands Hatch round

The two TBA drivers for the Brands Hatch weekend have been confirmed as BTCC front-runner Sam Tordoff, and TCR Europe racer Danny Kroes, who were due to the race the #60 and #10 entries respectively, but were withdrawn before the 14-car grid was finalised.

Dutch driver Kroes races the PCR Sport Cupra TCR in the TCR Europe Touring Car Series, and had been linked to run an additional Cupra TCR this weekend in the TCR UK Touring Car Championship.

Meanwhile, Sam Tordoff was linked to run the #60 entry, with the team and car still listed as TBA in the official entry programme, but a bulletin from the BRSCC has confirmed both entries have been formally withdrawn after the official entry list was tabled early last week.

That leaves 14 cars, the largest entry so far taking part this weekend, with the teams and cars entered the same as the opening round at Silverstone with the return of the Maximum Motorsport Cupras, plus the Wolf-Power Racing Renault Mégane TCR.
