Mercedes AMG release first images of their final DTM challenger

Mercedes AMG has shown the first images of their new car ahead of the 2018 season’s media day and official test week at Hockenheim.

The DTM has introduced changes to the technical regulations for the forthcoming season, which bring in a reduction of aerodynamic componenents which result in an estimated 30% less downforce.

The new C63 DTM, Mercedes’ challenger for their last season in the series, presents a “cleaner” body, also featuring a new front grille.

Tomorrow will be the DTM’s official season presentation at Hockenheim, with four days of testing with all 18 drivers present.
