Target Competition confirm Marco Pellegrini for two-car programme

Target Competition have announced former SEAT León Cup Italia driver Marco Pellegrini as one of their two drivers for the upcoming TCR Italy season.

Pellegrini will be at the wheel of one of the two Honda Civics the team are planning to field in the seven-event championship.

“I am delighted to have signed with Target for the 2018 season,” said multiple León Cup race winner Pellegrini. “I am sure I will fit very well in the team.”

“We are happy to have Marco in our team and it is our goal to fight for the TCR Italy crown,” commented team boss Andreas Gummerer. “We know the Honda really well, and this will help us a lot.”

Having won the first ever TCR International Series title with Stefano Comini behind the wheel of a SEAT León Cup Racer, the team helped Josh Files to two TCR Germany crowns.
