Gabriele Tarquini receives 10kg over maximum BoP weight

Hyundai driver Gabriele Tarquini has received 10kg weight over the maximum 40kg Balance of Performance (BoP) weight from the TCR organisation ahead of the season finale in Dubai.

The Hyundai i30 N TCR of Tarquini is not eligible to score points due to a temporary homologation form and will run at 1,335kg in the season finale.

Team-mate Alain Menu will run with 1,325kg as he was not among the top three scorers in Zhejiang.

Gianni Morbidelli, who scored the second most points in the previous round after Rob Huff who will not race in Dubai, will carry 20kg to a total of 1,285kg in his Volkswagen Golf GTI TCR.

Fellow Volkswagen driver and championship leader Jean-Karl Vernay will carry 10kg extra for being the third best scorer in the previous round to a total of 1,275kg.
