Citroën gets lowest weight so far for Japan
The Citroën C-Elysée cars will only carry 40kg of compensation weight for the WTCC Race of Japan next weekend, the lowest weight since the French manufacturer entered the championship in 2014.
Honda will remain on maximum weight of 80kg as the Japanese manufacturer is calculated to be the fastest car on average over the three past race weekends.
Volvo is close behind, just 0.1 seconds and will carry, just as the previous race in China, 70kg.
The independent Chevrolets will gain 10kg for Motegi while the Ladas of RC Motorsport remain on 0kg and 1100kg in total.
