TCR changes venue from Abu Dhabi F1 season finale to Dubai

The TCR International Series organisers have moved the season finale from the Formula 1 Grand Prix at Yas Marina Circuit on November 25-26th to a separate venue at the Dubai Autodrome a week earlier on November 17-18th.

The TCR International Series originally planned to race with Formula 1 on three occassions this year, the first was at Bahrain in April, while the planned Monaco Grand Prix event was later cancelled, and replaced with an event at Monza.

TouringCarTimes understands the season finale at Abu Dhabi has now also been dropped, and the championship’s season finale will instead take place in nearby Dubai a week earlier.

The TCR International Series has said it plans to make no formal announcement about the event and date change.

Its penultimate race takes place this weekend at the Zhejiang circuit in China.
