First TCR STCC test picture special

The Scandinavian Touring Car Championship held its first ever official test with the new TCR specification cars at Knutstorp earlier this week following the switch from last year’s TTA regulations.

18 cars took part in the test, with Fredrik Ekblom dominating all four sessions of the two days, setting a best time of 1:00.578.

The STCC organisation also confirmed a 24-car grid during the test day of which 15 are full-season, with cars from Audi, Honda, Kia, SEAT and Volkswagen.
