Mat’o Homola delighted with second row on street track debut
Mat’o Homola just missed out on a front row start as Gianni Morbidelli just made it ahead of him in qualifying at Singapore. The B3 Racing driver is still happy with the result, as this is the first time he ever races on a street track.
“It’s good to be back in the top-three and so close to the second, it was long overdue!,” said Homola. “I am very happy of the result, also because this is the first time I race on a street circuit and the first time of our team here, so we did not have much data to start from.”
Homola has not been on the podium since Oschersleben this summer, only scoring six points in the following two rounds.
