Dusan Borkovic gets penalty for Race 1

Dusan Borkovic received a post-race penalty for the first race at Sochi, Russia. The B3 Racing driver, who had finished fifth, was handed a 30-second time penalty by the stewards.

The reason for the post-race drive through is repeated track limits infringements. The Serbian is therefore demoted to 14th, handing fifth to Race 2 winner Mikhail Grachev and promoting Attila Tassi in the points to tenth.

Sergey Afanasyev had already received a penalty during the race, whereas Grachev, James Nash, Mat’o Homola and Petr Fulìn are all under investigation for the second race.
