Soft tyre choices announced for races at Croft

The soft tyre choices have been announced for today’s racing at Croft, with the majority of the field choosing to run the compound in the final race of the day.

Eight drivers are running the soft tyres in the first race and just five in the second, with the remaining 17 opting to use the tyre in the final race of the day.

The drivers can use the soft tyre in each of the three races three times over the course of the season. This weekend championship leader Jason Plato runs the tyre in the first race as he has already used it three times in race three.

Race One: Colin Turkington, Rob Collard, Andy Wilmot, Martin Depper, Jack Goff, Warren Scott, Jason Plato, Rob Austin.

Race Two: Dave Newsham, Derek Palmer, Jeff Smith, Andrew Jordan, Tom Ingram.

Race Three: Sam Tordoff, Simon Belcher, Dan Welch, Alex Martin, Aiden Moffat, Mike Bushell, Kieran Gallagher, Matt Neal, Nicolas Hamilton, Adam Morgan, Aron Smith, Gordon Shedden, Hunter Abbott, Josh Cook, Max Coates, Stewart Lines, Andy Priaulx.
