Jamie Green leads Audi 1-2-3-4 in second Lausitzring qualifying
Jamie Green continued his strong form at the Lausitzring by claiming pole position in the second qualifying session, heading an Audi 1-2-3-4.
The Team Rosberg driver was half a second faster than manufacturer colleague Mattias Ekström in second. A mere nine thousands of a second separated Timo Scheider and Miguel Molina in positions three and four.
Maxime Martin showed a glimpse of hope for BMW by claiming the final top five position, 0.568 seconds from Green’s pole position time.
Edoardo Mortara made it five Audis in the top six, with Augusto Farfus Jr in seventh position and Nico Müller in eighth. Mike Rockenfeller was ninth fastest ahead of the fastest Mercedes driver in the form of Daniel Juncadella.
The final DTM race of the Lausitzring weekend starts at 14:23 CET.
