New car liveries on display at media day
Several new liveries have been on display at the launch of the 2013 British Touring Car Championship season at Donington Park today.
The new livery for Triple Eight Race Engineering sees the MG6 GT running in an all-new white, red and blue livery featuring the colours of KX Energy and MG.
There’s a new livery on the AmD Tuning Volkswagen Golf, though sticking to the company’s red and black scheme. The car was driven by Team Principal Shaun Hollamby in the morning photography sessions with the car set to be driven by James Kaye this afternoon.
Honda’s new Civic features more red on the livery this season, with new sponsorship from Valvoline. Gordon Shedden switches from No.52 to No.1 as the reigning champion this year.
Welch Motorsport add a white and blue Ford Focus ST for David Nye, whilst Finesse Motorsport will run an S2000 spec Chevrolet Cruze for Joe Girling in a black, white and orange scheme this year.
