Arena Motorsport Ford Focus takes to the track

The two Ford Focus S2000 TCs of Arena Motorsport have made their first official appearance in the FIA World Touring Car Championship at the Monza test day.

The team’s new livery features sponsorship from Aon, Laser Tools and Profile Autones.

Tom Chilton was ninth fastest in the first hour of testing, 3.6 seconds down on that session’s pace setter Rob Huff.

Chilton broke into the 2:01s in the second session with a lap of 2:01.956, with James Nash setting the fastest lap for Arena in session three with 2:01.495, three seconds shy of Yvan Muller.

The team will continue testing in the WTCC and ETCC open test day this afternoon.
