First pics: New Chevrolets at Silverstone

Silverline Chevrolet and Tech-Speed have shown off their new liveries at the media day at Silverstone for the first time this season.

The RML-run Silverline Chevrolet is running in a variation of the new livery designed for the World Touring Car Championship, with prominent sponsorship logos for the tool company, aided by the removal of the numbers from the doors for this season.

Tech-Speed Motorsport, which yesterday confirmed John George and Paul O’Neill will be driving for the team this season are running in the purple colours of GoMobileUK.com, with sponsorship from last year’s title sponsor Sunshine.co.uk.

20 cars are scheduled to take part in this afternoon’s test session, with a late withdrawal from Tom Onslow-Cole in the AmD Milltek Racing Golf, which suffered with engine problems in the morning photography sessions.
