Kelvin Burt tests NGTC prototype

Former BTCC racer Kelvin Burt tested the Toyota Avensis NGTC prototype at Brands Hatch last week. Burt completed more than 100 laps on the Indy circuit of Brands in both dry and wet conditions.

The wet conditions of the track gave Dunlop the opportunity to test the new 18″ rain tyres, specifically designed for the NGTC cars.

The Avensis was also run in the MIRA aerodynamics test facility recently in order to establish a baseline rear wing setting for all of the NGTC cars.

More testing is scheduled of the Avensis at both Brands Hatch and Thruxton in the near future.
