SEAT domination at Jyllandsringen

The SEAT’s dominated the Danish Touring Car Championship weekend at Jyllandsringen. Jens Reno Møller won the first race and Jason Watt won the second race, both SEAT-drivers.

Møller took the first victory by leading the race all the way to the finish from pole position.

Watt claimed second ahead of the two BMW’s of Casper Elgaard and Robert Schlünssen.

Niels Christiansen started from the pits in his Toyota Corolla and managed to get up in to last place, passing the DTC Light Cup-cars.

Race Two

Watt took the honors in the second race after starting last. Elgaard was close to Watt in the end, but was unable to get past.

Schlünssen continued racking up the points with a second podium finish of the weekend in third.

Elgaard leads the championship with 104 points, but it is certainly close behind him. Schlünssen is just one point behind him, sharing second place with Watt.

Next DTC race is at Ring Djursland on the 14/15th of september.
