The STCC 2010 calendar is released

The Swedish Touring Car Championship calendar has been released. The calendar features nine races of which two are going to be held in Denmark at Jyllandsringen.
“The calendar features variation in track characteristics and we are going to see many great fights during this weekends,” said series manager Bob Huzell.

The major news in the calendar is of course the first step in the merger with the Danish Touring Car Championship.

Four of the races in the calendar are held together with DTC, forming a Scandinavian Cup that runs alongside STCC and DTC.

The joint races are held at Jyllandsringen in april, the Gothenburg race in june, once again at Jyllandsringen in september and at Knutstorp two weeks later.

The STCC finale takes place as usual at Mantorp Park in the first weekend of october.
