Timo Scheider heads close warm up

Reigning champion Timo Scheider topped the warm up session, a very close session! Top five was covered within one hundredths of a second and the gap between Mattias Ekström and Martin Tomczyk, second and third, was only one thousand of a second.

Paul Di Resta was fastest Mercedes driver in fourth, ahead of pole man Tom Kristensen.

Gary Paffett was sixth fastest ahead of Maro Engel. Alexandre Prémat and Bruno Spengler, seventh and eight, had really close times as well with a mere two thousands of a second between them.

Jamie Green rounded off top ten in his Mercedes C-Class, four tenths behind Scheider.
