Sneak peek of the new Volvo design

The Swedish Touring Car Championship Volvo team has completed their pre season testing abroad Sweden. The official STCC tests in Sweden starts in less than two weeks. For 2009 the Volvo team is going to launch a new design of their C30 race cars, seen here in a sneak peek.

The color is going to be mainly green, but also red and white, as seen in the details of the sneak peek picture at the bottom of this page.

The Volvo team is going to promote Volvo’s new “DRIVe” technology, something the team is going to reveal later in which way they are going to use it on the race tracks.

Long time Volvo driver Robert Dahlgren is confident for the first official tests in Sweden.

“Things are going well, we are going to be well prepared when the tests starts in Sweden,” said Dahlgren.
