Jason Plato back at Brands? April fools?

Strong rumors have started to circulate ahead of the season premiere of the British Touring Car Championship 2009 that Jason Plato is going to be present. The rumor is that Plato is going to drive an Ray Mallock Limited prepared Chevrolet. But one should take the date in consideration today!

It is indeed the first of April and the April Fool’s jokes are running hot today.

It has long been speculated that Plato would eventually land a drive for the 2009 season.

While he still is under contract with SEAT, after their hasty retirement after the 2008 season, reports are that some of his personal sponsors demand that he is going to drive this year.
