Jason Hughes will miss the premiere

Jason Hughes fears has unfortunately been confirmed, the MG driver misses the first round of the British Touring Car Championship due to his knee. The doctors have advised Hughes not to take part in the race this weekend not to interfere with the healing progress of it.

The KWR Sport MG will remain in the workshop during the race at Brands Hatch this weekend.

But the goal for Hughes is to be back for the second race of the year. The series moves on to Thruxton on April the 26th when the doctors say that Hughes is very likely to be able to take part.
